On 6 April 2016, an information session was held at Shun Tak Fraternal Association Lee Shau Kee College. We were happy that about 65 students expressed their interest in joining the session. Our Assistant Lecturer, Ms Claudia Chan, was warmly welcomed by the Principal, teachers from the Careers Team and the students. Ms Chan started the information session with an overview on the nursing profession and trends, followed by an introduction of our Bachelor of Nursing (Full-time) programme. A presentation about the nursing career prospects showing the great diversity of career pathways was also given to the students. Teachers and students were particularly concerned about our programme admission requirements. Questions concerning JUPAS admission and curriculum details were raised by them. We believed the information session would deepen the students’ understanding towards our School, the full-time bachelor degree programme and also the healthcare and nursing industry.
