Through the exchange programme at Sun Yat-sen University, I have had the privilege of visiting numerous hospitals, observing surgeries in operating theatres, and gaining unforgettable experiences. This programme has enriched my knowledge and provided me with immense happiness. It has deepened my understanding of the healthcare system in Mainland China and strengthened my resolve to pursue a career in healthcare. I am confident that I will encounter similar challenges in my future nursing practice and that I will be equipped to tackle them with the requisite knowledge and dedication. I hope to play a role in establishing good communication with future patients, such as explaining the pros and cons, risks, and duration of treatment options. I plan to ensure my patients can make choices that are in their best interest.
