Student Taster Session for JUPAS Applicants

Two Student Taster Sessions for JUPAS Applicants were organised in July to introduce prospective students to our programmes, which attracted 100 registrants.

The participants were welcomed by Professor Polly Li Wai-chi, Associate Programme Director of the Bachelor of Nursing (BNurs) and Bachelor of Nursing Advanced Leadership Track (BNurs-ALT), who also briefed them, lecture-style, on our programmes. This was followed by a visit to the Technology-Enriched Learning Mezzanine (Techmezz) for an introduction to the latest virtual reality tools for learning about anatomy. The participants enjoyed the hands-on experience, the chance to see how a university lecture is conducted, and the opportunity to learn and ask questions. Many said this reaffirmed their decision to select the School of Nursing as their top choice.
