Clinical Teachers Developmental Retreat

Exclusive retreats were arranged for our clinical teachers on September 10 at an off-site venue and on September 13 at our school campus, to foster team spirit and enhance staff development. Participants engaged in ice-breaking games, followed by a review of recent challenges and potential teaching opportunities. Staff also exchanged perspectives on clinical matters, collaborated on ideas for future progress, and formulated constructive strategies for the coming years.

The off-site retreat offered a relaxing atmosphere away from the office, while the on-campus activities aimed to help staff see the teaching environment in a new light. The events were fruitful and provided participants with valuable insights on their work and that of their co-workers.
