Workshop for 200+ Clinical Mentors

Over 200 clinical nurses and nurse educators from more than 28 hospitals and institutions joined the Mentoring Workshop for Clinical Mentors 2025 hosted by the School on July 3 and 4.

The workshop provided an overview of the Bachelor of Nursing (Full-time) and Master of Science in Nursing programmes, followed by an insightful session on mentoring fundamentals and strategies for effective mentoring. Interactive, scenario-based group activities provided participants with hands-on opportunities to refine their mentoring skills in realistic clinical contexts. Participants offered positive feedback on gaining both competence and confidence in their mentoring skills.
