Orientation Day

A warm welcome was extended to all new Bachelor of Nursing (BNurs) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing [BSc(Nurs)] students on the first day of the academic year, where they were greeted by the Chairpersons of the Teaching & Learning Committee (Undergraduate Education) and all academic staff.

During the orientation, students were introduced to their programmes and provided information on student affairs and academic advising, with the aim of helping them to embrace opportunities and navigate the challenges during their academic journey. BNurs students also learned more about the Life Enrichment semester.

Assistant Deans from HKUMed’s Student Wellness and Engagement team also outlined the Faculty’s counselling and academic advising services.

Other programmes also organised their orientation to kick start a new academic year. Wishing all freshmen an incredible learning journey filled with growth, unforgettable experiences, and moments of joy. Enjoy every step of this exciting adventure!
