PhD Students Awarded at Research Postgraduate Symposium

HKU School of Nursing PhD students, Ms Lubecca Zhao and Ms Naomi Takemura won the Outstanding Presentation Award and Peers’ Choice Presentation Award, respectively, at the online Research Postgraduate Symposium held on December 7 during the 10^th Hong Kong International Nursing Forum cum 3^rd Sigma Asia Region Conference.

Postgraduate students from four U21 universities, including HKU, Fudan University, The University of Melbourne and University of Auckland presented their research projects at the event. The symposium was chaired and moderated by Dr Julia Slark, Coordinator of the U21 Health Sciences Group Deans of Nursing and Midwifery Group. Commentators from the four participating universities provided feedback and voted on the Outstanding Presentation Award. The Peers’ Choice award was voted on by presenters.
