Pinning Ceremony 2025

The Class of 2025 were honoured for their achievements with a Pinning Ceremony that symbolised their success and a recitation in tribute to the legacy of Florence Nightingale.

Professor Chia-Chin Lin, School Director, welcomed the graduates from the Bachelor of Nursing [BNurs (Full-time)] and Master of Science in Nursing [MSc(Nurs)] programmes, as well as esteemed guests. Honourable guests and teachers presented each graduate with a nursing pin to mark their academic success and unwavering commitment to excellence. Dr Danny Tong, Chief Manager (Nursing) / Chief Nurse Executive, Hospital Authority, also led the class in reciting the Nightingale pledge and embracing the challenges and opportunities in their profession.

To conclude the ceremony, student representatives from MSc(Nurs) and BNurs delivered the vote of thanks to the attendees on behalf of their classes. The School looks forward to witnessing the commitment and valuable contributions that these graduates will bring to the healthcare community, and congratulates them on achieving this stage in their nursing journey.
