CALL FOR ABSTRACT

Call for Abstracts

This conference calls for the latest cutting-edge research achievements from various disciplines, including but not limited to nursing, clinical medicine, basic medical sciences, public health and preventive medicine, computer science and technology, social sciences, and related fields.

 

All submissions must be research abstracts that have not been widely presented at academic conferences. All submitted abstracts will undergo expert review, and quality abstracts will be accepted for oral or poster presentations in the forum. The organising committee reserves the right to make the final decision on all abstracts. Each abstract can only have one presenting author, who may or may not be the first author. Each presenting author may submit a maximum of one abstract. There is no limit on the number of abstracts submitted as first author or co-author.

Abstract Submission

 

  1. Abstract must be submitted online only, through the designated submission site.
  2. Abstracts must be written in English.
  3. The abstract title should be no more than 20 words.
  4. The abstract text should be no more than 300 words and should be structured with: Background and Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
  5. Tables, graphs, images, and citations should not be included.
  6. Each abstract can have only one presenting author, who may or may not be the first author.
  7. Each presenting author can submit up to 1 abstract. There is no limit on the number of submission as co-authors.
  8. All submissions will be peer reviewed. The Organising Committee reserves the right to make the final decisions on all submissions.

Acceptance of Abstract

  1. Acceptance results and preparation guidelines will be released by Mid-September 2025
  2. E-Poster for accepted poster presentation to be submitted by October 10, 2025 (UTC+8/HK Time).
  3. Presenting authors of the accepted abstracts are required to complete their registration and payment. Presenters who fail to register and pay by October 10, 2025 will not be included in the program.
  4. An e-Certificate of presentation will be provided to the presenting author of each accepted abstract.

 

 

Best Poster Award

  1. Please indicate the intention to apply for the award in the abstract submission system if you wish to apply for the award.
  2. The awards would be announced and presented at the Closing Ceremony. Presenters are encouraged to join the Closing Ceremony on Novermber 1, 2025.
