CALL FOR ABSTRACT

Call for Abstract

The Scientific Committee of the 14th Hong Kong International Nursing Forum cum 2024 Sino US Nursing Forum cum 2nd Greater Bay Area Nursing Conference welcomes the submission of abstracts for oral or e-poster presentations.

*Abstract Submission Deadline: October 7, 2024 at 10am (UTC+8/HK Time)

*Abstracts submitted on or before September 2, 2024 at 10am (UTC+8/HK Time) will receive a  preliminary acceptance announcement by September 23, 2024. Exact presentation date and time will be announced at a later stage.

 


Submission Guideline 

Submit your abstract by clicking on the button below:

Abstract Submission

 

  1. Abstract must be submitted online only, through the designed submission site.
  2. Abstracts must be written in English.
  3. The abstract title should be no more than 20 words.
  4. The abstract text should be no more than 300 words and should be structured with: Background and Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
  5. Tables, graphs, images and citation should not be included.
  6. Each abstract can only have one presenting author, who may or may not be the first author.
  7. Each presenting author can submit up to 2 abstracts. There is no limit on the number of submission as co-authors.
  8. All submissions will be peer reviewed. The Organising Committee has the right to make the final decision on all submissions.

Acceptance of Abstract

Oral Presentation Guidelines   e-Poster Presentation Guidelines

 

  1. Abstract submitted on or before September 2, 2024 at 10am (UTC+8/HK Time) will receive a preliminary acceptance announcement by September 23, 2024. Exact presentation date and time will be announced at a later stage.
  2. Acceptance results and preparation guidelines will be released by October 25, 2024 (UTC+8/HK Time).
  3. E-Poster for accepted poster presentation to be submitted by November 15, 2024 (UTC+8/HK Time).
  4. Presenting authors of the accepted abstracts are required to complete their registration and payment. Presenters who fail to register and pay by November 15, 2024 will not be included in the program.
  5. An e-Certificate of presentation will be provided to the presenting author of each accepted abstract.

Best Poster Award

  1. Please indicate the intention to apply for the award in the abstract submission system if you wish to apply for the award.
  2. The awards would be announced and presented at the Closing Ceremony. Presenters are encouraged to join the Closing Ceremony on December 7, 2024.
