The Scientific Committee of the 13th Hong Kong International Nursing Forum welcomes the submission of abstracts for e-poster presentation.

Abstract Submission Deadline: December 3, 2023 (UTC +8) December 15, 2023 (UTC +8)


Submission Guideline 


Submit your abstract by clicking on the button below:

Abstract Submission

 

  1. Abstract must be submitted online only, through the designed submission site.
  2. Abstracts must be written in English.
  3. The abstract title should be no more than 20 words.
  4. The abstract text should be no more than 300 and should be structured with: Background and Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
  5. Tables, graphs, images and citation should not be included.
  6. Each abstract can only have one presenting author, who may or may not be the first author.
  7. Each presenting author can submit up to 2 papers. There is no limit of submission as co-authors.
  8. All submissions will be peer reviewed. The Organising Committee has the right to make the final decision on all submissions.

Acceptance of Abstract

  1. Acceptance results and preparation guidelines will be released by December 29, 2023 (UTC+8).
  2. E-Poster for accepted poster presentation to be submitted by February 1, 2024 (UTC+8).
  3. Presenting authors of the accepted abstracts are required to complete their registration and payment. Those who failed to register by the designated date will not be included in the program.
  4. Certificate of presentation will be provided to the presenting author of the accepted abstract.

Best Poster Award

  1. Please indicate the intention to apply for the award in the abstract submission system if you wish to apply for the award.
  2. Best Poster Award would be announced and presented at the Closing Ceremony. Presenters are encouraged to join the Closing Ceremony on March 5, 2024.
