REGISTRATION

Registration Fee

• All participants must register.
• Registration includes access to all events (including complementary lunch and tea receptions) at the 14^th Hong Kong International Nursing Forum cum 2024 Sino US Nursing Forum cum 2^nd Greater Bay Area Nursing Conference, taking place on December 6 - 7, 2024. Attendees will also receive a name badge, an online program book, and an electronic certificate of attendance.
• Separate registration will be required for post forum events (details to be announced).
• Registration is subject to acceptance on a first-come-first-served basis and will not be processed until full payment has been received (if applicable).
• A personalised link will be sent to students for submission of a valid student card to register as “Student”. Participants who are not able to submit valid proof will be required to pay the fee difference.

Payment Procedure

• The payment method is by credit card* only (HKD only) for both online and on-site registration.
  * Credit card payment: The HKUEMS accepts all credit card payment on-line, inclusive of those from overseas banks. Credit card information will be securely transmitted to "Joint Electronic Teller Services Ltd. (JETCO) Payment Gateway" provided by the Bank of East Asia for transaction authorisation. NO credit card information will be retained by the Event Organiser.
  
  

Registration Confirmation

• A confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon successful completion of the registration and full payment. For abstract presenters, registration using the same email address as indicated in the abstract submission system is necessary. Official receipt (by request) will be issued via e-mail within one month after the forum.

Cancellation Policy

• Registration fees are non-refundable.
