Evidence-based Practice WorkshopEmpowering and Inspiring Nurses to Lead To enhance professional training and competency in healthcare settings, the School offers our clinical partners in Hong Kong hospitals high-quality workshops emphasising evidence-based practice, addressing partners%u2019 specific needs. Our professors and educators run evidence-based training and workshops, and also provide research consultation for some subsequent projects.Through workshops, seminars, mentorship and other programmes, the School supports a culture of inquiry and continuous learning. Our goal is to equip nurses with the necessary skills to critically appraise research findings and integrate them into clinical practice, thereby enhancing patient care quality. Nurses are encouraged to engage in research projects that address current healthcare challenges, promoting innovation and evidence-based solutions.By cultivating analytical skills and a research-oriented mindset, we empower nurses to become leaders in healthcare research and practice.
