Mentoring Workshop for Clinical Mentors Sharing Strategies for Effective Mentorship Our Mentoring Workshop for Clinical Mentors focuses on essential mentoring concepts, helping attendees understand the distinct roles of both mentor and mentee. In 2023, over 240 clinical staff from more than 25 hospitals participated in the mentoring workshop. Participants learned how mentors serve as guides, providing support, knowledge, and feedback, while mentees are encouraged to take an active role in their learning and professional development.The workshop also emphasised strategies for effective mentoring. Attendees engaged in scenariobased activities, allowing them to practice these strategies in realistic contexts, which enhanced their skills and confidence. Feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing that the workshop provided valuable insights and helped them offer effective guidance and supervision to nursing students during their clinical practicum. 31
