Dementia, stroke and Parkinson%u2019s diseases are highly prevalent, debilitating diseases among older adults. Our team has developed different care innovations to support disease management and family caregiving. We developed the world%u2019s first digital biomarkers to predict high-risk dementia care interactions (expressed emotion), alongside a family-mediated cognitive stimulation protocol, gamified and exerciseenhanced cognitive training to support dementia care and family caregiving. We pioneered ecological momentary-based psychotherapy, including cognitive-behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as mindfulness-based innovations including mindfulness and yoga, to improve the coping and role adaptation of stroke survivors, people with cognitive decline, people with Parkinson%u2019s disease, and family caregivers. 35
