Our research teams engage stakeholders across government and regulatory bodies to align innovations with evolving healthcare priorities, local needs and global standards. We create policy briefings, white papers, and legislative testimony, transforming research insights into actionable recommendations, such as advocating for agile regulatory frameworks, interoperable data standards, and funding mechanisms that prioritise evidence-based care. Policy-AdvocacyTo ensure lasting impact, our research teams work with local healthcare providers and community organisations to codesign solutions that complement existing infrastructure. This includes establishing train the trainer programmes, adaptive governance models, and digital knowledge repositories, reducing dependency on external resources and building capacity. Our three-part strategy bridges the gap between research and practice, delivering scalable and sustainable improvements in healthcare outcomes. Selected exemplar projects demonstrate this approach: reducing diabetes risk through scalable programmes, improving older adults%u2019 health, elevating breastfeeding rates via digital tools, and driving smoking prevalence to historic lows. Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, our initiatives demonstrate how academic institutions can transform research into actionable, life-changing solutions at local and global scales.Sustainable Systems2341
