2026 International Nurses Day Celebration and Seminar Past Event

This year marks the fourth consecutive year of collaboration between the Hong Kong Island Cluster (West) and the HKU School of Nursing to celebrate International Nurses Day with the theme “Our Nurses. Our Future. Empowered Nurses Save Lives” on May 6, 2026.
We are delighted to have Professor Gilberto Leung and Ms Yuk-sim Chan deliver insightful lectures on IMACE’s establishment and medicolegal status of clinical guidelines, and the recent development of primary healthcare and nurses’ roles.
We are also honoured to have the following officiating guests at the light-up ceremony celebrating nursing excellence:
