On May 20, HKU School of Nursing held an Academic Excellence Recognition Ceremony to celebrate undergraduate students who achieved remarkable accomplishments during the 2024/25 academic year.

We were honoured to have Professor Chak-Sing Lau, Vice-President and Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Health) (Interim) and Dean of Medicine at The University of Hong Kong and Professor Chia-Chin Lin, Director of HKU School of Nursing, presented Entrance Scholarship in Nursing and Academic Elite Scholarship in Nursing, to the awardees.

These scholarships are awarded to HKDSE students admitted to Bachelor of Nursing (Full-time) programme and Bachelor of Nursing Advanced Leadership Track, recognising exceptional academic performance.  Students maintaining high academic standards in years 2-5 are eligible for Academic Elite Scholarship in Nursing.

The ceremony was filled with pride and joy, as the scholarship recipients celebrated with their families. Congratulations to all awardees!  We look forward to seeing your continued success in academic pursuits and beyond!
