Events

In order to allow Year IV and V BNurs. (FT) students to have a better understanding of the services and nurses' role in different departments in Queen Mary Hospital, the hospital and our school co-organised the Career Day 2017 on 1 November, 2017. Nurse Consultant, Ms Elaine Leung and Department Operations Managers from five different departments were invited to give a brief introduction of the clinical services & nurses' role in their respective departments. They had also provided some advices and shared their expectations to the students.
 
The second part of the Career Day was our alumni sharing session. Seven alumni who are now working in Queen Mary Hospital were invited to share their experiences in their respective departments. Students were also actively participated in the Q&A session with their fellow alumni. 
 
A total of 296 Year IV and V BNurs. (FT) students participated in the Career Day. We are sure they must benefit a lot from this fruitful event.
