Events

A developmental retreat was arranged for our clinical teachers on September 6 at the Medical Campus and September 10 at an off-site HKU venue.  These events aimed to foster team spirit and enhance staff development among our clinical teachers.  Participants engaged in ice-breaking games, followed by a review of challenges faced and discussed potential teaching opportunities.  They exchanged perspectives on clinical matters, collaborated on ideas for future progress, and formulated constructive strategies for the coming years.  The on-campus activities allowed them to experience the usual teaching environment in a new light, while the off-site arrangement provided a relaxing atmosphere outside the office.  The events were fruitful, and our clinical teachers gained valuable insights through active participation.
