On December 28 and 29, 2017, there were 150 junior secondary school students from a range of local schools joining the HKU Taster@Christmas 2017.  

This activity rendered the participants an opportunity  to explore HKU medical campus and to visit our Nursing Skills Training Centre in Pauline Chan Building. Dr Janet Wong, Programme Director of the Bachelor of Nursing (Full-time) programme, was happy to introduce our six innovative community simulation rooms to the participants, while our Lecturers, Ms Michelle Pang, Ms Angie Lam and Ms Cecilia Kong were glad to demonstrate some basic nursing skills. The participants enjoyed the HKU Taster Programme very much during which they were given a taste of university life and an opportunity to explore their strengths and consider their potential career paths.
