Hospital Authority Delegates’ Visit to HKU School of Nursing Past Event

On March 13, 2019, a delegation of 18 Hospital Authority Hong Kong West Cluster delegates including Dr Theresa Li, Cluster Chief Executive and Ms Jane Chan, Cluster General Manager (Nursing) visited the School. The delegates observed our students’ lab teaching lessons and toured around the Li Shu Fan Medical Foundation Nursing Clinical Skills Laboratory and Simulation Training Centre, where sophisticated and computerised manikins, simulated clinical environment and virtual reality technology, e.g. VR Cave, have been set up for students to practice total patient care and clinical decision making. It was a fruitful meeting between the delegates and the School.
