Events

The School organised a "Meeting Nursing Elites" activity for students who are interested in JS6418 Bachelor of Nursing-Advanced Leadership Track (ALT) on November 13, 2021.

Over 50 students participated in this event.  They learned from our elite alumni, Ms Sylvia Wan and Mr Brian Lau, Advanced Practice Nurse of Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery and Registered Nurse of Adult Intensive Care Unit, Queen Mary Hospital, on the nursing profession and career development in perfusion science and acute care.  Students got to understand the nursing autonomy and professionalism in heart operation and acute care.  They also learned about the vibrant university life from our nursing students.  In addition, students in groups participated in a problem-solving activity with their newly acquired knowledge.  Students found this activity fun and fulfilling.  The event concluded with taking pictures of the picturesque sunset and sea view of Sassoon Road.
