Congratulations to Class of 2023! The School and the graduating class were thrilled to attend the memorable Pinning Ceremony on June 7, 2023.  We were honoured to have Professor Gilberto Leung, Associate Dean (Teaching and Learning), LKS Faculty of Medicine, HKU to deliver a welcome address to welcome our N23 graduates into the esteemed nursing profession.  Followed by an opening remark by Professor Chia-Chin Lin, Head of HKU School of Nursing encouraging our students to be perseverant in their professional endeavours, our N23 students each received a pin from our honourable guests and teachers on stage to signify a milestone in nursing education that they have accomplished.  

After receiving the nursing pin, symbol of a resemblance of upholding a high standard of professionalism, Mr Lawrence Poon, Chief Manager (Nursing)/ Chief Nurse Executive, Hospital Authority Head Office led our graduates to recite the Nightingale Pledge with candle lights in their hands. Infused with the spirit and inspiration of Florence Nightingale, our N23 students embarked on a journey to take on challenges and embrace opportunities in their profession.

To conclude the ceremony, two N23 student representatives delivered a vote of thanks to the attendees.  Parents, relatives, teachers and friends of N23 shared their joy together.  Our School was delighted to see another batch of graduates joining the healthcare community and contributing their knowledge and skills to the healthcare system.
