Theme: Holistic Care Now and into the Future: Implications for Practice, Education and Research

The 8th Hong Kong International Nursing Forum cum 2018 International Council on Women’s Health Issues (ICOWHI) Congress jointly organised by the School of Nursing of The University of Hong Kong and the School of Nursing of Johns Hopkins University was successfully held during December 17 – 18, 2018.  With over 500 attendants and a record high of 38 co-organisers from leading universities and institutions from over 20 countries and/or regions participated at this event.

The theme of this year is “Holistic Care Now and into the Future: Implications for Practice, Education and Research”.  We were honored to have Professor Sophia Chan, Secretary of Food and Health of the Food and Health Bureau, to deliver the Opening Remarks and Dr Steven Cannon, Executive Vice-President (Administration & Finance) of The University of Hong Kong, to deliver an Opening Address at the Opening Ceremony.

This event brought together world renowned leaders to exchange knowledge and provide insights on topics surrounding practice, education and research related to holistic care and women’s health:
