We are delighted to share that the Academic Excellence Recognition Reception 2023 to celebrate the significant milestone of our excellent students was held on November 25.  Awardees of the Entrance Scholarship in Nursing and Academic Elite Scholarship in Nursing in the Academic Year of 2022/23 and their families, together with our teachers attended this important occasion.  A warm welcoming remark of the reception was delivered by Dr Veronica Lam, Principal Lecturer and Director of Bachelor of Nursing (Full-time) Programme and Advanced Leadership Track, and Dr Polly Li, Assistant Professor and Associate Director of Bachelor of Nursing (Full-time) Programme and Advanced Leadership Track introduced our Programme to the participants.  Then, two students shared their campus life, life enrichment learning including interesting experiences in their overseas visits and practicum achievements before the award presentation.  Each awardee then received a pin to recognise their achievements. Afterwards, guests were invited to visit our clinical skills laboratory.  They were impressed by our state-of-art simulation facilities and were contented that our students are learning with the support of the latest technology.  To conclude the event, attending guests and students enjoyed a tea reception and photo-taking opportunities.  All parties had a wonderful time at this intimate gathering.
